Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Visuo Labs websites, apps, browser extensions, editor extensions, and related services created by Animesh Manna.

These terms are written for practical clarity. Some app stores, extension marketplaces, payment providers, or platforms may apply additional terms when you install, purchase, subscribe to, or use a Visuo Labs product through them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Visuo Labs products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products. “Visuo Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the products and services created and maintained by Animesh Manna.

2. Use of Products

You agree to use the products only for lawful and responsible purposes. You must not:

  • Use the products to violate laws, rights, platform rules, or third-party terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or compromise any hosted service except where allowed by law.
  • Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or ownership of content.

3. Stores, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some products are distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, Chrome Web Store, Open VSX, or other platforms. Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, license management, and account controls may be handled by those platforms or payment providers under their own terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of files, payloads, notes, diagrams, code, and other content you create, import, process, or export using the products. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights needed to use it.

5. Product Ownership

The products, websites, designs, interfaces, source code, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by Animesh Manna or Visuo Labs unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the products.

6. Changes and Availability

Products may change over time. Features may be added, modified, paused, or removed. We aim to keep products reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of any feature.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to hosted services if use appears abusive, unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. You may stop using the products at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as products, platforms, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
