Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Visuo Labs and Animesh Manna handle information across websites, mobile apps, desktop apps, browser extensions, and editor extensions.

Many Visuo Labs tools are designed for local-first utility. Where an app processes developer content such as JSON, XML, YAML, diagrams, notes, or documents locally, that content stays on your device unless you choose to export, share, sync, or submit it through a connected service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Visuo Labs websites, products, apps, Chrome extensions, VS Code-compatible extensions, and related support channels that link to this page. Store listings or individual products may include extra privacy notes when a specific platform requires them.

2. Information We Handle

Depending on the product and how you use it, we may handle:

  • Information you provide: support emails, feedback, bug reports, and information included in collaboration inquiries.
  • App content: files, JSON payloads, notes, charts, diagrams, or other material you open or create inside a product.
  • Technical data: device type, browser type, app version, operating system, diagnostics, crash reports, and basic performance data.
  • Store and payment data: purchase, subscription, or install status handled by platforms such as Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, Chrome Web Store, Open VSX, or payment providers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, improve, secure, and support the products. This includes responding to support requests, fixing bugs, understanding reliability issues, improving user experience, preventing abuse, and complying with applicable platform or legal requirements.

4. Local Storage and User Content

Several tools store data locally on your device or in your browser storage so the app can remember preferences, recent work, drafts, or offline content. You can usually remove this data by clearing app storage, browser storage, uninstalling the app, or using in-app delete/export controls where available.

5. Third-Party Services

Products may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, payments, or customer support. These providers process data under their own policies. Examples may include app stores, browser extension stores, hosting providers, analytics providers, and payment processors.

6. Children

Visuo Labs products are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support or contact channel, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

7. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided directly to us. You can also manage app permissions from your device, browser, editor, or store account settings. Some data, such as transaction records, may be retained by platform providers according to their rules.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as products, platforms, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
