• Account & Profile Information: When you register as a Doctor or Patient, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, clinic name, specialization, medical registration number, clinic address, and contact details.
• Prescription & Medical Records: Data entered into prescriptions, including patient snapshots (name, age, gender, address), vitals (BP, pulse, weight, temperature, SpO2, BMI), clinical diagnosis, symptoms, prescribed medicines, lab investigations, and doctor advice.
• Branding Assets: Custom clinic logos and digital signatures uploaded by doctors for letterhead customization.
• Device & Identifier Information: A unique device identifier generated locally to associate your clinic data and subscription entitlement securely with your device.
• Purchase & Transaction Data: Subscription transactions are handled directly by Apple StoreKit. We process transaction identifiers and subscription status to grant Premium access. We do not store financial credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is strictly used for the following operational purposes:

• Generating, rendering, printing, and exporting digital prescription PDFs and images.
• Maintaining doctor letterheads, clinic branding, and medicine autocomplete catalogs.
• Managing user authentication and account synchronization via secure cloud infrastructure.
• Verifying active Pro subscription entitlements ($1.99/month).
• Providing customer support and app functionality improvements.

3. Data Security & Storage

Data security is paramount. All prescription records and profile data are stored in an encrypted cloud database using industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We enforce strict access controls ensuring that clinical records are only accessible by authorized users.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

Information is only shared under the following limited circumstances:

• User-Initiated Sharing: When a doctor or patient chooses to share a prescription PDF/image via native iOS sharing features (AirDrop, Email, WhatsApp, printing).
• Service Providers: Secure infrastructure providers (e.g., Convex Cloud, Apple App Store Payment Systems) that process data solely on our behalf to operate the app.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or valid government request.

5. Apple Health & HIPAA Compliance Notice

Easy Prescription Maker serves as a digital clinical tool for healthcare professionals. Practitioners are responsible for adhering to applicable medical record privacy regulations in their operating jurisdiction. The app does not transmit health data to unapproved third parties.

6. Your Data Rights & Retention

You have full control over your data:

• Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile, doctor letterhead, templates, and patient details directly within the app settings.
• Data Deletion: You can request account or prescription data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application is intended for healthcare professionals and adult patients. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental/guardian consent.
