• Account Information: If you create an account, we may store your name and email address to synchronize your organizational charts across your devices.
• Chart Data: Your organizational charts and related information are securely stored only when cloud synchronization is enabled.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous analytics, crash reports, device information, and feature usage statistics to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Purchase Information: We store subscription status and transaction verification information required to unlock and maintain premium features. We never store your payment card information.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Org Chart Builder offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payments are securely processed by Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play Store on Android.
• We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or payment details.
• Subscription status is verified using secure receipts or purchase tokens provided by Apple or Google.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your charts are securely stored so you can access them across supported devices.

• Free Users: Cloud data is stored for 7 days after your last activity. Opening, editing, or saving a chart resets this period.
• Premium Users: Cloud storage remains available while your subscription is active.
• Local Storage: A copy of your charts may be stored locally on your device for offline access.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve the application.

• Apple App Store (iOS purchases)
• Google Play Services (Android purchases)
• Convex (Cloud database & backend services)
• Analytics and crash reporting providers

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.

If you choose not to create an account, your charts remain stored locally on your device unless you enable cloud synchronization.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Org Chart Builder is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the application after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
